What is Beyond the Beret?
Beyond the Beret is a program designed to allow Cadets and former Cadets who have earned the Cadet Ranger Beret, the opportunity to get their feet in the door. Companies sponsoring the program will guarantee an interview to these Cadets with the knowledge that these Cadets or former Cadets have proven that they are the caliber of employee that they are looking for.
