Cadet Ranger™ Program

Cadet Ranger™ Program

Although the Cadet Ranger™ School started as a summer program, there has been increasing interest in starting local units to promote the empowerment of self-reliance and the philosophy of the quiet professional.

There is an ever increasing need for youth programs that teach the understanding and respect for our constitution as well as the importance of defining our morals and ethics by taking an extreme position of ownership in all aspects of our lives.

However, this is not accomplished by simply teaching various topics but through the actions of each Cadet in the unit. The goal of each Cadet Unit is to become relatively self-sufficient with minimal supervision from the Adult Cadre. The concept to achieve this goal is the core of the Cadet Ranger™ School and focuses on the development of personal skills and the pursuit of an effective use of all style of leadership.

It is important for parents to be involved and be willing to reevaluate their own skills and level of effective leadership. It is important to rebuilt the community or tribe concept that our society has lost.

UNITS

Cadet Ranger™ School is currently working to develop local Cadet Ranger™ Units. These units may be stand alone units or a detachment to an ROTC or another established organization or charter school. The unit concept is designed to foster advanced leadership through, self-reliant teamwork, tactical competitions, and effective survival training.

Those who are members of a unit will receive discounts from our sponsors, and our yearly training courses where you can earn the Cadet Ranger™ Beret. We are also working on a Beyond the Beret program which will assist in job placement with companies that values the high moral and ethical standards demanded of those who have earned the Cadet Ranger™ Beret.

It is our goal to continue to expand the program so that those who want to prove themselves as top tier Cadets can not only do so but receive the support they need to succeed in the future.
